So you’re probably envisioning a sad vegan eating lettuce at a barbecue. Or thinking “What rabbit food” are they eating next. These are the kinds of stereotypes that make me smile. The truth is we vegans LOVE to eat. We’re all about flavor-packed, cruelty-free feasts.

And if we’re craving a recipe or dish we can absolutely MAKE it vegan. There are so many vegan copy- cat recipes out there. As well as world vegan dishes (you had no idea were vegan) and don’t need to be veganized.

Veganism: is a lifestyle and dietary choice where vegans avoid all forms of animal exploitation. It goes beyond a diet, emphasizing a commitment to cruelty-free living and sustainability.

Turning vegan has improved my relationship with food and made me want to explore different foods and dishes, whereas before I never really bothered. It’s forced to me look at other foods out there and create new recipes.
